Barn/Unit/Workshop near to luton

Afternoon all,

fast becoming fed up of working in the cold and wet when the car needs some attention. so me and a couple of work mates are looking for somewhere to store and work on our cars.
does anyone know of anything available in or around luton/dunstable areas that would be suitable? been hunting on gumtree and the like and not having too much luck!

I've never found much either, industrial units with the ability to drive into them are rather expensive generally....
