Somewhere between 30 and 50 quid if you were buying.
A pretty good port if you’re drinking; 91/100 is a good score.

LBV is generally good. It must be good before they tell you the year.

You'd have thought that after 16 years, he'd have found the 'Food, Drink and Restaurants part of the forum.

Hi Mike. No, it’s certainly not plonk :-) . Cockburn is an old Port producer and 2000 was a good year. This style of Port is bottled 4 to 6 years after harvest and is ready to drink when sold. There is no rush to drink it - if kept cool and out of direct sun it should be good for another 3 - 5 years. It will have a pull off stopper like a bottle of whisky so can be re-sealed after opening. Once opened it will be ok for a couple of weeks. Port quantities are small compared to other wines so you will be lucky to find any more of this one. Late bottled vintage such as this would have sold for around £25.
