What’s everyone enjoying tonight then ?. Takeaway, Home cooked, buffet. Me and the wife have decided on a Chinese, yum. As well as fridge full of beer of course.

I was going to cook but not been out to the shop to get any bits. So decided on Indian! Not sure exactly what yet but something spicy!!

Seafood for me. Smoked salmon, oysters and lobster. Served with champagne all night (well, for as long as I last anyway) and with the fire lit.

Was going to be pie, mash and some green bean but Mrs G decided this morning that her and the mad mutt wanted a buffet so slight change of plan lol

Roast beef (from next door), Yorkshires, roast spuds, roast parsnips and kale from the garden. Bottle of red. Maybe a Negroni or two while I cook.

Or an Old Fashioned... scratchchin

Keeping it simple as this will be the first time in possibly 15 years I've not met up with one set of friends and had a proper meal, so tonight it will be steak and chips.

Got some Secreto Iberico which will be going on the bbq later along with some sweet mini peppers.

Will be making patatas bravas to go with it.
