Hi all. I like to make my own yoghurt for every day use. I keep it simple, just chuck a litre of uht full fat milk in with a spoonful of my last batch into a basic yoghurt maker ( an insulated container with an electric heater and stat which stays at 46°c.)
I've experimented with draining the whey, leaving it longer, adding various stuff etc but generally stick to the same recipe. My only problem is that it occasionally comes out gloopier than others.
Any suggestions for different stuff to try?
