Assuming you've made it from fresh ingredients, how long would you keep a cooked dish in the fridge, such as:

A beef chilli
A chicken curry
A beef lasagne
A meatloaf

I tend to max out at 4 days - I will either eat the same thing 2 or 3 days in a row, or freeze some of it.

Pretty much 5 days for everything at home. A lot depends on your fridge temp and how meticulous you are in the chilling and storage.

Definitely 5 days max. But a lot depends on how quickly you cool things down ideally between one and two hours. And as stated above the temperature of the fridge can also vary how long something will keep for.

Incidentally the max temp of your fridge should be 5degree C

One of these will give a rough idea of your fridge temperature

Normally 3 days, but nothing tends to last that long in my fridge anyway.

3 days roughly. Most home made stuff lasts less than 24 hours.

Do you mean because you eat it or you think homemade food doesnt last as long as shop bought?

A cooked joint I try to get finished off within five days. For things like curries usually a couple of days, or if we think we wont eat it by then we'll freeze it instead.

If I'm batch cooking something like a chilli or curry, I'll normally put a portion in the fridge to have a couple of days later and freeze any more. A joint of meat might end up in the fridge 4 or 5 days before we get through it in sandwiches.

I start to get nervous on day 4, but that's without a fridge (live on the high seas). Depends on the time of year as to how low the ambient temps are in the cold bits of the boat, but ice cream is definitely off the menu.

I've got bottles of "refrigerate once opened" stuff in the cupboard that's months old and absolutely fine. People use refrigerators completely unnecessarily just because they have them. Bring back the pantry, that's what I say. It's cheese abuse at the very minimum.
