Crackling…

Mrs has just done a joint of pork with some amazing crackling. As in cracking crackling (sorry).

There’s way too much for us and 2 small dogs. How long does it last if I stick it in the fridge?

No that's down to sugar and carbs, not fat.

A week. Longer if frozen (obvs!)
If it's gone rubbery then 10min of hot-oven encouragement'll have it tooth-bustingly crunchy again

Stick it in an air tight container, otherwise it will absorb the moisture from the circulating air in the fridge.
