Just go -

Been to three different ones now (Brighton, Peterborough, Spalding) and every single time they have messed up the order and had to remake it.

Yesterday resulted in a whole free burger, and it's no more expensive than Maccies now.

I’m confused. You’re saying they mess up the orders but you recommend them?

It's made to order, so you specify how much cheese you want, how many patties etc.

When they get the number wrong - every time so far - you get a whole new burger.

I prioritise quality over quantity but I now understand.

Went to the Peterborough Wendys for the first time the other day actually, last time was in Canada about 10 years ago.

Dr Pepper drink choice was a nice change, chips were really nice compared to other fast food places but the classic chicken burger wasn’t great.

I believe that should have read "I've twice encountered bits of gristle in the burger, which left me feeling rather nauseated. I have never experienced the like any time at McDonald's or Burger King or 5 Guys."
