So Pho So Good (only makes sense if you pronounce Pho like you should)

Love it. Love it. Love it.

A bowl full of goodness. Can cure anything short of Cancer.

One thing I miss about being away from Sydney is access to good quality Pho at lunchtime. Used to power me for a long long time

Goodness in a bowl

Meat, noodles, veg in the best tasting broth thinkable. Very SE Asian and makes you feel better whenever you eat it

I never got in to Pho, in fact I never got into Vietnamese cuisine in a big way at all.

Mind you, noodle soups have never been my favourites.
Really? Vietnamese is one of my favourites.

Could be a climate thing? In summer when it's hot and humid Thai/Vietnamese is really the best food around

Beautiful, and nicely complemented beforehand with some Vietnamese rice paper rolls.

Have yet to try one in the UK, but back in Melbourne used to go at least once a week as they have a huge Vietnamese population.
