Going to Kingston tomorrow, can anyone recommend a nice place for lunch in the town centre?

Well, thanks for all the recommendations folks; Kingston was RAMMED with shoppers. Took me an hour and a half to get from Hampton court into the Bentalls Car park frown then every restaurant we tried to go to had a queue outside- Jamie olivers- hah if you wanted to wait an hour for a table in the freezing cold maybe.

Eventually went to Carluccio's inside the Bentalls centre and it was fab; 2 specials of the day, pork belly with spinach and a Borlotti bean and Pancetta risotto- very reasonably priced also, shared starter, 2 main courses, large glass of wine and some mineral water came to just £31. Very friendly staff too.

Yes the place is a joke. Seems kingston cannot get enough of it though, its had a line outside EVERY time I have driven past.

Should have gone up portsmouth road and parked at mine biggrin

Ah the italian place by GBK is by Jamie Oliver. I was wondering why there was a long queue outside the place.
