Short of making bolognese, chilli, cottage pie and meatball/burgers what else can you do with it?

Got loads of it (frozen in 500g bags)

I picked up a cheap book called Make More of Mince, lots of things to do with mince.

The Potato and ricotta mousaka looks good.

My fave meal.... beef and batter pudding

like toad in the hole but with mince instead.
Looks like this when done and takes about 10 minutes to make;

Not only that, but I did a Cotty and ate the whole damn thing myself in one sitting, complete with mash and lashings of thick gravy.

Peel, chop and boil some spuds.

In a separate pan, brown required qty of mince. Add water/Oxo cubes/stock etc to make a thick gravy. Add peas or other veg to mince.

Intoduce spuds to mince and allow them to soak up a bit of gravy.

Serve with white bread to soak up the juice.

Done!
