George Foreman grill - what can I cook on it?

Bought one of the above today as it was half price. Has anybody got anything they particularly like to cook on it?

I had one of these a number of years back. It was great for cooking sausages and bacon on when seriously hungover. Enjoy!

sausages
steak
toasties
burgers
etc etc

Virtually anything that you would grill or roast that does not slide off the plate and is up to an inch thick.

We have three in different homes absolutely superb machines. One outside as a Barbecue grill two as indoor grills.

Toasted sandwiches e g cheese + onion etc are superb better than the sandwich makers.

Really these are remarkably good at their job. AND very easy to clean.

And yet I hate mine. Used it three or four times with various meaty products and each time the food came out dry and tasting odd.

It now sits in the cupboard of useless things.

Have you seen the Simon Weston grill? Its so good he put his face on it.

Pork is really nice on them. Seems to keep the moisture because it cooks quickly from both sides, much nicer than dried out pork from the oven.

Agreed, its a shame you can remove the plates to clean, would be a lot easier

I bought a Foreman a few months back with removable plates, you just stick them in the dishwasher, very very handy

not heard that one before.

Watched Crank last night with JASON STATHAM (Caps lock req) and he put his hand in his grill thingy. But he is JASON STATHAM.

he and his girlfriend person also had special loving time in the street in front of a bus full of people.

Winner; i'm going shopping tomorrow for one of these (with the removable plates). I had one without a few years ago and it was a pain to clean.
