Dark chocolate fans

Currently enjoying some 78% dark with a glass of red. I find it to be an interesting taste, and do like it with wine or (as a treat) with a nice cigar.

So, what dark chocolate do you recommend?

Chococo/Montezuma dark chocolate with large glass of Malbec.

I got some 83% from an artisan chocolatier in belgium, courtesy of my sister.

Enjoyed it with a 20yo single-cask oloroso Glendronach.



Seriously chaps, even if you're not really into whisky, if you like good chocolate you've got to try it with a really powerful sherry matured (not sherry finished!) dram.

I like dark chocolate, never tried any of these fancy ones though. Bourville and Lindt are the limits of my experiences!

I'm a big fan of lindt 85%, it's easy to pick up in Sainsburys with the weekly shop

Its 100% of course its going to be bitter... I would suspect that a small sliver is about the absolute maximum you can have without pulling faces.

Good call, I too used to be a member but cancelled for the very same reason. It was always nice to see the taster box on the doormat though.
