I'm chuffed- Just had this delivered.
To put things in perspective the smaller knife is a global G3 carving knife which is bigger than the standard chefs knife.
A couple of months back I Finally got around to using the ProQ cold smoke generator that i got for Christmas and made some cold smoked bacon and cold smoked salmon and some smoked cheese. I just happened to have my mum visiting on the weekend that I was slicing it all and made the comment that all my current knifes are too small to slice things like that efficiently. a couple of weeks pass and my birthday arrives and this lands on my doorstep.
Just gone out to get some more pork loin to make bacon so I can try it out.
