My local: £2.40-£2.90 depending on what I have.

I was once asked to pay £5.00 english pounds for a pint of guinness that was removed from a tray in a fridge. It was maybe 45 mins old looking at the head.

I opted for free water with complementary lemon.

Most London boozers are between £3.50 and £4.00 at the moment unless you're in the posher bars when £5 isn't unusual.

Obviously I don't drink though so I may be wrong.

£4.15ish for a pint. Staropramen or Peroni. Maybe £3.30 for a Ale.

Just go to a Sam Smiths pub when you're in London. Get drunk cheap and the beer is pretty good.
