I can only stomach milk as a lubricant for cereal, a friend of mine will buy a pint of milk to just drink as a refresher during the day, not a bottle of water or can of pop but a pint of milk!

I don't get it, this has to be the least refreshing drink evar!

Each to their own but as a thirst quencher??

I drink at least a pint a day as a drink in its own.

Bloody lovely.

Granted it doesn't really quench your thirst.

A pint of Cravendale milk is far better than a pint of lager for me. Love the stuff.

There was something on the tv last night about how Milk actually hydrates you better than water? Can't for the lif of me remember what it was though?

I prefer it with some raspberry or vanilla Crusha, or flavoured milk straight from the carton. I don't really like the taste of milk on it's own, and it's not refreshing. A flavoured milk is a meal in a glass for me, not something I'd drink because I'm thirsty.

Forgot to add that I love milk. Will have a pint in the morning usually and is great for a hangover!

I can't bear the stuff. Even the smell of it makes me gag.

I can't think of anything worse than still being breast-fed in my mid-40s, moreover from another species.

I was in Holland last week for the first time and was served milk out of a large yoghurt pot (with sandwiches) for lunch, which is apparently the norm...weirdos.

Cereal and coffee only thanks.

Thought milk had been tested and proven to the best "post sport" drink bar none, for fluid replacement, rapid absorption & electrolyte replacement.

Love a pint of milk, me. Unfortunately I don't do sports...

I seem to remember being told a few years ago that if you didn't drink Milk, you'd only be good enough to play for Accrington Stanley
