Deep Fried Turkey

Just back from West of Ireland and had a deep fried Turkey for New years Eve,absolutely brilliant,moist,entense Turkey flavour and crispy skin to die for.anyone used one of these on here as i'm looking to see if its possible to deep fry Belly Pork or Whole Fish
