We have just bought an air-fryer, as, long story long, we have an Aga on September to April and then use an electric cooker and and hob, which only has two quite small "burners". The air-fryer should give us space and flexibility.

So far, my kids have done bacon and I've heated up croissants. So, what are your recommendations? Tips, recipes, ways of doing something in there that are awesome?

For what it's worth, the croissant was pretty good...

Roast potatoes are a 20 minute job. If you like cholesterol sandwiches then sausages are about 15 mins and fish fingers about 10. Oven chips are much nicer. I only really notice the speed rather than it being able to do anything different to a conventional fan oven.

Posh Filet-o-Fish is my favourite from the air fryer.

Chunky fish fingers, brioche bun (steamed in microwave for 10 secs), cheese and tons of tartare sauce. lick

Air fryer cheesecake is one of life's great treats. Highly recommended.
I use the preppy kitchen recipe, replace 'graham crackers' for your biscuit of choice, ginger snaps work very well.
