its really good. i like it better than its sister, La Trompette in chiswick, which generally gets talked up more.

Both excellent. Though personally I find The Glasshouse a bit cramped.

It's our local best restaurant. We've been going there for over 10 years since it opened, and it's still our favourite. Tasting menus are worthwhile and if you like a variety of wine, it's got a pretty catholic wine list.

Having one of the tables at the street end of the restaurant, at lunchtime in summer, with the doors open - order a bottle or three, because you'll be there a while!
