However, @ the OP: you're going to have to cater for all of:

- The Polish brickie trade who start work at 7am (eating disgusting-smelling pasties on the Tube en route)
- The lunchtime trade - no problems there
- The hanging out of their arses drunk 3am club trade

Which doesn't leave a lot of time for sleeping, by my calculations.
