Has just resulted in a cry for help can we cook some meat for her... OK
Beef all silverside
1 x 3.5kg
1 x 3.0kg
1 x 2.7kg
1 x 2.2kg
1 x 1.6kg

Lamb
1.75kg leg

Pork

1.5kg boned leg

The Pork's waiting as the oven is full of Beef and Lamb.

Farther in law been the tight arse counted how many joints and expects them all back!!!

What are they going to do with it all once its cooked? It will only last so long in the fridge and there is only so many curries you can make with it without a freezer to freeze it down in!

He ought to pay you for the electricity!

When my auntie in law died they cleared her house out and at the bottom of the chest freezer they found joints over 10 years old in there.

How is cooking it going to help?

Tell them you'll put it in your freezer if they give you one of them...

She hadn't realised the freezer was down until most of the contents were defrosted.
Once all cooked she says she will refreeze in a new freezer they will get tomorrow.
Glad we don't go to there eat.

If its beef and lanb cut the 1st cm of it and it will be fine when refrozen the pork needs cooked NOW.

if thawed and cooked properly will happily be safe to refreeze.................
