Just had a 6.5lb leg of lamb, quite a bit left over.
I do like lamb sandiches...but not that muchsmile

Need some ideas....

It is rosmaried and garlic'd if that makes a difference.

Both of the above - with Shepherds Pie getting my vote! Dead easy as a lot of teh flavour is already in there with the lamb if cooked well?

Slice thin & add to green pepper, onions, Oyster sauce etc.
