Bailey's Double cream for Xmas pud etc

OK, bought 2 tubs of this as it was on offer ready for Xmas day. OH has promptly eaten it all.

So, I was wondering looking at the ingredients - baileys, double cream, sugar, milk - could I just make it myself or will I end up with a split mess and wasted (precious) Baileys?

It is good stuff that Baileys double cream. I had a tub and scoffed most of it with just Cadburys fingers for a spoon!
