I'd imagine that it's some cold cabbage with pepper on it...?

Or fry up some left over cabbage with bacon, garlic and onion and have it with left over Sunday dinner

curly kale the baby varitity is best. Add some black pepper and butter. (It does taste peppery on its own)

Its an absolutly brilliant veg, tasty and very good for you.... apprently.... (no arse gass to mention either!)
