Which sauce to use? Have the duck on and both sauces in the cupboard.

Realise it's too late now - what did you choose?

I've got a sweet tooth, and I'd choose the plum sauce with duck anytime.

Hoi Sin,

I used to work in a Chinese restaurant in a place called Crosby and the owner used to do me a 'Chicken Hoi Sin' for dinner, was absolutely the best thing I've ever eaten.

both. crispy duck & pancakes should always be eaten in such vast quantities that a range of sauces are required.
