Preferably an online guide. I find the Michelin guide a bit of a pain to use (I have France & UK, FWIW).

CAMRA used to publish one called "Beer, Bed and Breakfast". Not sure if they still do though!

"BBB" seems to come out every 10 years or so; last was in 2005 I think. But I have used it extensively and successfully.

Tripadvisor do all sorts of ratings now, could be worth a look under B+B/Inns sections?
