I was very impressed with the Wusthof cook's knife I tried. Dare I say it - it's better than my Global.

I've got everything crossed that Santa is going to bring me a Wusthof chefs knife this year. I tried one vs a global at our local kitchenware shop and I definitely preferred the weight & balance of the Wusthof. Beautiful knives.

I bought a Wusthof Ikon in the states a few years back and my only complaint is the scales have come a little loose.
