Heardle - any takers?

The Song Intros thread reminded me of this. At first I dismissed it because I thought it would be all modern rubbish (as it is today!) but it does draw on a wide range of years.

Love me a bit of Heardle, the mix of songs is nice and varied but gotta admit I am rubbish at anything post 2000. If I know it, I can usually get it in the first second, but my 5 day 'streak' the other week was spoiled by something modern I had never heard of. The wife knew, of course.

There's also Worldle where you have to name the country just by its silhouette and distance from previous guess. Quite fun, but it turns out I don't know many countries, but I did learn that they don't call it 'Burma' any more...

I do regular Heardle, plus the 80s and 90s ones (my prime eras) whilst enjoying a morning constitutional on the throne every day.

Got today's in one and yesterday's too (One Direction I'm ashamed to admit).

Heardle is part of my daily routine which also include Wordle, Worldle (silhouettes of countries), Framed (movie stills) and Lyricle (song lyrics).

Bloody love Heardle! That and Wordle with a cup of coffee are my morning routine!

Not doing too bad overall - played 92, 68 correct and 39 of those within a second

Worldle is omne of my regulars - showing my ignorance of geography!

Tried Lyricle - never even heard of the artist, let alone the song, tried Framed - got it in three. Two of the films I thought it was weren't on the list but it accepted them anyway???
