Phil Collins, if you think he can sing

Jellyfish had a singing drummer. He also stood up to play. Think he also sang for Slash's Snake Pit as well.

I expect this wont be to many peoples taste on here (it's Black/Thrash Metal) but the drumming is absolutely awesome, and he does the vocals too.

Backing vocals for Kaiser Chiefs done by the drummer (Peanut I think he is called) He has been know to sing lead at some events.
