Today 10/08/2009 is the 100th anniversary of the birth of Leo Fender.

The Cab Sav was very nice.

I have enjoyed a few of his magnificent creations over the years.

Thanks Leo - I will have a noodle on my strat this evening. He was a spritely 70 when mine was made and of course nothing to do with the Company anymore.

Would dearly love either a '57 or a '62 but alas the lottery fairy has yet to visit!
