hi there i am looking for a place i can practice drifting in my mx5... ive already been caught in b&q car park n police was not happy... so im looking to find out sumwere i can go to practice... i live in st.albans Hertfordshire.. so if anyone has an idea of were i can go i would appreciate it

Santa pod do Drift what you brung days, and theres also something that happens at Flitwick but I cant think who organises that.

Some of the trackday organisers do drift days. The trackday forum should help you find more information.

Its a bit of a drive but lydden hill in kent have an open drift day on the 16th of feb, give it a google. Normally excellent days for all abilities

www.driftlimits.co.uk are just up the road from you and use mx-5s, not sure if you can use your own car tho.

Driftdays at Oulton Park are probably the best bet. The low grip surface makes it realistic to drift a lower powered car and there's very little tyre wear.
