Stoned

Took the GTR out for a hot weather run today. No overheating problems until I got home.

Fueling issues saw me sitting with the engine running in the workshop (see other thread) when I got back. The temperature started to rise - and didn't stop. Shut down. Fan fuse blown. A STONE had been thrown up by a front wheel and lodged in a fan blowing the fuse.

New fuse and stone removed and all back to normal.

The moral of this story is check for stones in your fans!!!!!!!!

also why it might not be the worst idea in the world to split the fans onto two seperate relays and fuses. Always nice to have a chance to get back to the house. Lee
