hi just seen a gtr at the factory that has custom interior trim. The standard trim is black leather. just wondered if any one know any decent trimmers as i would like my GTR to stand out The one i saw looked like a grey suade and a propper professional job. if any one has used a good trimmer recently could you send me any pics of their work or their details. im in the nottingham area so it would help if it was relatively close.
cheers mark.

I saw that interior too and it is very nice. However, I was told it cost well over £10K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine was expensive but nothing like that. My trimmer is down here near Royston so not much use to you. You will have to wait for photos as I'm keeping my powder dry for now.

There is no doubt that the Ultima factory leather interior is very good value for money. You will not get a custom interior for anywhere near the factory cost.

Find a local company. Your local classic car scene will know who does a good job. If you find a name keeps popping up then go and see them at work and tell them what you would like.

Be prepared for a deep intake of breath when they tell you what it will cost though.

The carpet on the side pods will get very wet if the owner ever ventures out in the rain!!!

Still looked good though.

Not a Ultima but i have just collected my Marcos from www.davethetrimmer.com based in Cranfield near Milton Keynes and he has done a suberb job, this was his first Marcos retrim and has really done it proud, this was to my own design but with help from him as to what would work,

Looks brilliant! Maybe I ask how much it cost?

Less than half the amounts mentioned above, not sure if the davethetrimmer would want me to give costs online but if you contact him i am sure he would discuss with you,

I am very pleased with the results and the car will be on the Marcos stand at the NEC classic in a couple of weeks if you want a closer look,

Regards,

Martyn.
