What is this car?

Saw this along with a bunch of Ferraris and things yesterday near Braemar when I was out on the bike. For the life of me I can't think what it is. Anyone?

Very poorly finished though, the front numberplate appears to have fallen off! :-)

Maybe you should get up close to the car before passing that comment, I know the car well and it is extremely well finished inside and out. Ultimas are rarely luxury cars but that's not the point of them.
