What is it?

Any clue as to what these parts are for? Looks like the bits for securing the release cable for the rear clip, but those are already in place.
I've just got a few bits rattling round in a box to fit, but these are foxing me.

That's what they look like to me, what about the front clip cables?

The cable just goes through the grp at the front.

When I built my car, these were not part of the kit, I had to cobble together my own cable supports.
