Current best 32" or 37" TV

Parents need a new TV and are looking for a 32/37" LED/LCD TV.

Requirements are Freeview HD and no blurry or juddering movement.

They're not interested in Smart TV or 3D stuff, but it seems all of them have it.

Budget is around £650.

Any recommendations?
