Re:Multi Zone Setup Help - SONY STR-DN1050

Hello,
I am new to the AV world and so far enjoying it.

My has put together an entry level setup as follows.
Snoy 50" KDl50W815BSU
Sony STR-DN1050
Jamo S626HCS Dark Apple
Jamo Sub 360

I live in an apartment so I am restricted on how far I can go but I want to get networking or Multi Zoning setup. In a nut shell I want to have multi room in my bedroom and I need advise on what would work. It is primarily to listen to music/radio in both rooms.

There seems to be several options to setting up zoning on the Amp.

Option 1. Connect two speakers directly to bedroom
Option 2. Connect to an second amplifier using audio cable.
Option 3. Connect to an second amplifier using HDMI.

Option 1 is my least favoured option as running a cable is not so straight forward. There is a hallway and bathroom between the living room and bedroom and with living in an apartment I do not have an attic/roof space/floorspace/undercarpet to run the cable. The same probably applies to Option 2. So on to Option 3.

Is it possible to use the HDMI and convert it to Cat 5 then using Network adaptors run it through the electrical network in the apartment? This will obviously be more expensive than running a cable which is fine. Would this work? I would imagine running it like this could cause a lag in output between the living room area and the bedroom? Or is it possible to run it wirelessly?

Any suggestions, info or help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Johnny
