Hi all,

I've had my Samsung UE40 H6410 for a couple of weeks now.

I bought Samsung SSG-51002 3D glasses and after some fiddling with syncing I managed to get 3D going fine using the 3D Explorer app, and some 3D Blu-rays I ripped onto my USB hard disk.

Today I went to watch another 3D blu-ray movie from the USB hard disk and to my surprise it was no different with the glasses on. I ensured the right 3D mode was enabled in the picture menu, and 3D was being registered. The image was blurry though no matter what I did, with the glasses on, just like it is when you try to view the movie without the glasses.

I held them close to the TV and have re-synced both pairs holding the button until the light alternates red and green and the TV says the glasses are connected. I have also factory reset the TV and tried the 3D Explorer app as well as 3D movies I watched bits of when initially trying the glasses. No joy.

Any suggestions? If not i'll be onto Tesco Direct... not sure how it will go though as I ordered a 2D series 5 TV and actually received a 3D series 6 TV - awkward frown
