Identify this...
Discussion
So I just bought a new apartment and there's an existing sound system throughout the place. In each room there's this control system for the sound system and in the living room I have a brush socket with wires behind it. Can anybody help me identify what system it is and how to work it. I have tried google and came up with nothing.
Trying to get a hold of the builder this time of the year is proving fruitless.

Google Vivaldi multi room, it will take you to the manufacturers site. Looks like it's Italian but you can probably download a manual from there.
ETA looks like a variant of this

I certainly do, they're great, very reliable and easy to setup/use and 10x less expensive than a lot of other stuff out there.

The top one is an Italian power socket and obviously the bottom one UK.
So it looks like they've ripped out the main controller for the multiroom system, which is strange considering they're left the keypads.
I'd get a basic wired multiroom controller /amplifier like a Resound CA4 and connect a few Gramofons to it
ETA If you meant the "socket" in the top photo rather than the top socket in the bottom photo, it looks like the speaker and or keypad wired coming out through the wall for connection into controller/amp.
If I were you I'd remove a keypad from the wall and check the colour of the wires going into it. Do the same with any in ceiling speakers and see how they match up the wires coming out of the wall. Got a tester?

I think I'm going to leave it and get a Av installer round to install extra speakers in the living room area for TV sound and change the current system out for something easier to use with ipad, phone etc. Also why the builder went with italian power sockets in this development, I don't know!!
