Nearly 10k positive feedback with no negatives in the past 6 months and been an eBay seller since '07.

I think you should be ok buying from there.

Don't read to much into things, just cos they are cheap compared to what we think is a cheap shop doesn't mean they ain't kosher.

As said you have the overhead issue making them cheaper, but there is also the issue of the £s' strength against the Euro....

I'm currently waiting for some Sennheisser headphones from Poland as they were over £130 cheaper then Amazon (nearly 30% cheaper).... paid for on the credit card so there is that to fall back on.

As R8Steve above says.

My general rule when buying on eBay and the item is more than just ten or twenty quid is to only use sellers with at least a few hundred sales, and 99.5% positive feedback. Any better than that, bonus!

I have a pair of the previous versions (bought secondhand and not from that seller) with a very old Sony sub that came with a long gone all in one jobbie and they are fantastic.

Only used with a bottom of the range AV amp but really impressed to the point I'd like a brand new full 5.1 set inc sub as the subs with these are reputed to be very good and quite small.
