Sky HD Box Problem
Discussion
I've got a bit of a problem with my Sky HD Box. For some reason it stopped producing any HMDI output over my HDMI baluns distributing it around the house. I have tried to restart it to no avail, I have tried the soft reset which did nothing then I did the full box reset (holding down the left and right arrows on the box) which also appeared to do nothing.
However, I then unplugged the HDMI lead from the baluns and splitter to another TV directly and I got the "welcome to sky loop" which just displays trailers. Now no matter what I press, I can't seem to get past that and into any menus, it just permanently circles through the trailers, telling you how to connect the box to the router and about new sky shows. It is connected to the router as if I press the WPS button I get a message come up saying it is already connected via ethernet, press backup to exit, but I can't get rid of that message.
I will call Sky tonight but is there anything obvious I am missing here?
