Those who have it, do you pay for a TV licence considering how it works - streaming off the interweb?

if you watch or record a channel that is broadcast live (regardless of delivery method, or what it is viewed on) you need a license

if its a stream "on demand" / catchup service you do not


but i suspect those who are happy to steal channels do not give a monkeys about such things

And you think having to pay to watch non BBC channels (via a BBC/Capita license) live is NOT stealing?
