7.5m or 10m Display port to mini display port cable?

I managed to find one of these on Amazon and ordered it but it's coming from China and is taking ages.

Does anone know where I can get one from quickly?

It's to feed a wall mounted monitor at work and the last 1.5m or so have to go through a 20mm conduit. I already have a female mini display port to male display port adaptor.

Why don't you use a 2m DP to DP cable in the trunking & join it using an adapter to a long MDP to MDP cable? If the DP won't go through the trunking then use a 2m MDP to DP which is probably easier to obtain.
