Been asked and I am all wired so not knowing what there is.

Record player to amp to speakers. External simple CD radio (existing) will be plugged into the amp via its main phono O/P.

The speakers present a wiring issue so a simple option seems wifi or BT or whatever it is nowadays. Oblong room 6 by 25 mrs aprox.

Nothing expensive, quality is not required to be in the mega expensive division. Turntable is not settled but a loan for a short while before purchase, I have an old amp that has a phono input stage but obviously no BT or WiFi. So perhaps a box on the end to do the BT bit however it is sounding like a new amp might be in the pipeline? Streaming internet is not on the radar at the moment.

you could just get an amplifier/receiver that has bluetooth and spotify connect built in, something like this:

http://www.superfi.co.uk/p-16125-denon-ceol-piccol...

and then your choice of speakers. but then you would also need a phono stage for the turntable, such as https://www.richersounds.com/hi-fi/hi-fi-accessori...

or you could get an amp with a phono stage and something like a google chromecast. I don't know if amps with a phono stage, spotify connect and bluetooth exist yet.

I just bought a Logitech Bluetooth adaptor to plug into my existing old amp.

I'm sure there are unbranded cheapo versions available as well.

Thanks all, BT box on the back seems a good option.

Will look at that.

No problem sorting phono stage out if using a different amp. Internet connection is not really on the radar for steaming though that Denon is not expensive. However amplifiers with BT in might be an option if the bT box on the back is too fiddly. Search is slow at the moment, will have more time Monday to look.
