My LG TV keeps zooming in to 120% and even though I reset it, it keeps reverting to 120% and cutting off parts of the screen. I don't seem to be able to save the new settings.

It feels like I should be even wider than 100% but it wont go below 100%.

The aspect ratio also seem to have been disabled.

Any ideas?

Reset to Factory settings should sort it.

I'm having the same issue with my LG 65UJ6300. Live TV channels seem to be automatically set at 110% and there's no way to get it to 100% permanently. The live zoom function will let you zoom out, but the on-screen controls remain on the screen while the Live Zoom feature is enabled. It goes back to 110% when you exit the Live Zoom feature.

This does not happen with video from other sources via the HDMI ports (Roku stick, Blue Ray Player), just to the channels coming in from the antenna.

I did a complete reset, but it did not solve the issue.

The Manual and the internet are no help thus far.

Figured it out, on my UJ6300 at least -- go to Settings > All Settings > Picture > Aspect Ratio Settings > Just Scan, turn to "On."

It's going to take me forever to re-configure my apps and label my inputs after the factory reset, but at least my mystery is solved.
