Recommend a smart TV

Hi,
It's my brothers birthday in not too long and a while ago he mentioned he was watching Netflix on his laptop. Upon asking, I found he didn't actually have a TV. He said he'd like one but only if it can connect to WIFI and have Netflix and Amazon Prime on there, as he doesn't watch terrestrial TV. He isn't exactly skint but not that well off, so I figured it might be a good gesture to buy him a TV for his birthday.
I think 32inch screen would be the maximum, and I don't want to spend a huge amount, maybe £200 at the most if possible. So....recommend me something if possible

I have a large LG tv and an Nvidia Sheld. I actually use the TV's inbuilt apps more than I use the shield as they work so well. Amazon Prime, Iplayer etc.
My past experiences with Samsung's offerings are not good. They seem to stop updating apps on TVs not very long into their product lifecycle.

Yep, my Samsung went to the dump a couple of weeks ago after failing for the second time with sound but no picture. It had been to the Samsung Service Centre on a previous occasion for the same fault but this time I dumped it and replaced it with a new Panasonic Smart TV which seems very good so far.
Unless he is changing the TV regularly then I would buy the TV based on price and picture then add a fire stick or chrome cast.

Pistonheads delivers as usual, co-incidentally I'm also looking for a 32" smart TV - definitely has to be 1080P, I can't bring myself to buy an "HD Ready" TV in 2019...
Does anyone know the difference between the LG LM6300 above and the LM630B? There doesn't appear to be anything in it - maybe it's a colour/region thing.
I'm also looking at the Sony KDL32WD752SU as ideally I want a silver one and choice is very limited... but it's considerably more expensive.
Happy to use a firestick for PLEX, etc, as all manufacturers seem to suffer from lack of supported "smart" apps at some point.
On a related note - why on earth are 32" TVs still so thick and chunky?? I've been waiting forever for a slim one - have given up.

To me it looks like that extra 0 gets you more pixels and is the current model.
