Has anyone compared one of these to the Sonos Sondbar?
I’ve had a Sonos soundbar and sub combo for a while now, we’ve just moved house and thought we’d try a soundbox as a comparisonThe soundbox sounds better than a tv, but nowhere near as good as the Sonos. Might be a tad unfair of a comparison but I’m pretty sure the outcome would be the same without the sub
Received the Soundbox today, which was quick as I only ordered it yesterday.
Quite dressed so for for the £199.
I thought it might have a greater choice of sound modes, but the default mode seems good enough.
I like how the Sky Q remote can turn it on, and adjust volume etc.

I’ve had one almost since day one, I take it for granted now, I think they sound pretty good for £200.
The only gripe is that my old Samsung didn’t want to control it, the Anynet+ function was borked so I always had to use the little remote.
I’ve got a newer TV now and it all works nicely together.
Pretty good sound if you want to Bluetooth music to it via the Sky Q box or your phone.

By the way, the box is supposed to sit in the open without any obstructions to the left or right, boxing it in like that won’t give the full experience.Quite dressed so for for the £199.

Your right, but the shelf pulls out. It was initially a drawer but when I ordered the Soundbox I converted it to a shelf. I just need to fit a stopper so it doesn't pull too far out so it all falls on the floor.Before..
