SkyQ Channels/Region changed?

Hi
Pretty minor thing
My SkyQ channels have changed. 103 was ITV HD, but now it’s SD
1-9 have now appeared, 3 is ITV HD
BBC news was London, but now South (in Windsor)
My Son in law noticed same in next town
Have they changed it, or is there a fault ?!

I don’t get why sky do not order them so that HD channels are first and SD elsewhere. I mean most Sky Q customers would clearly have A HD TV heck even basic sky customers would nearly all have HD TVs putting dire SD quality shows and hiding away the HD is a pain.

Other than BBC 1 where 101 is BBC 1 London in SD all mine default to HD. 102 is BBC 2 HD, 103 is ITV HD, 401 is Sports Main Event HD, etc., etc. I wouldn't even know where to find their SD equivalents.

Just checked and nothing has changed.

Is your Ch4HD? In 104?

As you were, all back to normal
Must have been a Sky glitch..

It's down to regionalised advertising and whether or not the region in question has local HD transmissions.

Not being in one of those regions, our SD channels for BBC1 & ITV sit at the top of the EPG at 101 & 103, respectively.

The biggest inconvenience (other than having to remember channel numbers 115 or 176), is having to switch to the SD channel when a local news programme is broadcast.
