Sky q mini sound drop

When watching tv via sky q mini box on a recent Samsung tv, we get a 1 second sound cut out around every 30 seconds. Very irritating. It doesn’t happen when watching via the main sky q box in the lounge on our Sony tv.

Anyone else experienced this?
