Blinking LED's on Hybrid Amp

When turning on the amp the blinking LED's are taking noticeably longer to go solid.
Nothing wrong with the sound, still love it.
So is it worth gambling by ordering and fitting new valves to possibly remedy this (Mullard/ECC82 x2 £164 Watford valves)
or would sending off for servicing be the better option and if so any recommendations in the NW region for a good engineer?
