Panasonic GX600 43" set-up problem.

Hi All- First post on here but been reading for years. Had a Sansung TV for 2 years but it went kaput. John lewis sent replacement today a Panny GX600 43". Went through the set up and everything is ok - internet connected etc and can get iplayer & Hub etc.
But for the life of me I cannot get sky from my Q box. My other tv in the kitchen is working fine from the Q box. Going through the auto tune it is picking up nothing. Any Ideas anyone?!?!

Shouldn't need to auto-tune - assuming you have connected the Q box to the TV via an HDMI cable, just scroll through the inputs on the TV until Sky pops up.
